Processing Times

All orders are handmade and packed with care.
Processing time: 1–3 working days.
During busy periods (holidays/launches), processing may take slightly longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Information

Currently shipping within the UK only.

Royal Mail (Small Items)

Used for: stickers, bookmarks, Kindle inserts, and most paper goods.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
No tracking unless a tracked upgrade is selected at checkout.

Evri (Larger Parcels)

Used for orders that exceed letter size.
Estimated delivery: 2 - 4 working days.
Tracking included automatically.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on size and weight.
Prices are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Couriers may experience delays due to:

• seasonal busy periods

• weather conditions

• strikes

• high-volume times

Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting me about a missing parcel.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, a reshipping fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are handmade and created to order,
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Missing or Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 10 working days from dispatch.
If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact me and I’ll look into it for you.
